Our approach
We don’t ask children to become someone else. We help them communicate, participate, feel safe, and build skills that make their own lives fuller.
Child-ledInterests, communication styles, sensory needs, and consent guide the pace.
Family-partneredCaregivers bring vital knowledge. Your priorities belong in every care plan.
Evidence-informedClinical expertise and current research are adapted to the child in front of us.
What to expect
You should always know what happens next, why it matters, and how you can be part of it.
Tell us what you’re noticing and what would make daily life feel easier. No diagnosis or referral is needed to start the conversation.
We get to know your child through play, observation, and conversation with you—at a pace that protects safety and trust.
Together we choose meaningful goals, agree on frequency and costs, and coordinate with school or other providers when useful.
You’ll receive practical updates, home ideas, and regular reviews so care stays responsive as your child grows.
Families do not need perfect answers before asking for help. They need a place where their child is understood and the next step feels possible.
Our promise to familiesListen first. Plan together. Grow at the child’s pace.

Starting therapy can feel like a lot. Here are honest answers to the questions parents ask most.
No. Families may request an initial consultation directly. If a referral, medical review, or school report would be helpful, we will explain why and support you with the next step.
The first visit is a low-pressure conversation and observation session. We discuss your child’s strengths, current concerns, routines, and goals. Your child can explore the room and engage at their own pace.
Yes. Depending on the child’s comfort and the goal of the session, a caregiver may join, observe, or step out for part of the visit. We agree on this together.
Frequency depends on need, family capacity, and the service. Some children attend weekly, others fortnightly, and some families begin with a short assessment or coaching block.
