Thoughtful assessment
We look at strengths, needs, routines, communication, and the environments around each child.
About Bloom & Grow
We pair evidence-informed practice with curiosity, warmth, and genuine respect for the child and family in front of us.

Our growing team
Bloom & Grow is building a collaborative care team for children and families in Nairobi. Our work begins with listening: understanding what a child enjoys, what feels difficult, and what would make everyday life more manageable.
As the centre grows, practitioner profiles and verified qualifications will be added here. The standard will remain the same: respectful care, clear communication, and practical plans developed with families rather than for them.
How our team works
These shared standards guide the centre as our clinical team, services, and professional partnerships continue to grow.
We look at strengths, needs, routines, communication, and the environments around each child.
Families help choose meaningful goals, understand recommendations, and shape each care plan.
Our growing team values current research, reflective practice, and discipline-specific development.
With family consent, we collaborate with schools, doctors, and other professionals when helpful.
What guides our work
Our role is to understand what helps each child feel safe, connected, capable, and heard.
Interests, communication styles, sensory needs, and consent guide the pace.
Caregivers bring vital knowledge. Your priorities belong in every care plan.
Clinical expertise and current research are adapted to the child in front of us.
Our commitment
Care should be culturally responsive, disability-affirming, and accessible. We make space for different languages, family structures, faiths, identities, communication styles, and ways of moving through the world.
“Nothing about your child is too much for this room.”
A promise that guides every first conversation.
We’re here when you’re ready
